Ayodele ‘Ayo’ Duyile’ is a DMV native specifically from Hyattsville and his career in tech began in 2015 after joining Lockheed Martin as a Software Engineer. Ayo was concurrently working towards a Masters in Engineering Product Management which he completed in 2017. In 2018, Ayo transitioned into Product Development at Facebook, where his Oculus team was awarded the first Emmy for Outstanding Innovation In Interactive Media. In 2020, Ayo received an offer to join Microsoft as a Product Manager for the Azure team and head its Atlanta growth. Ayo is now a Google Senior Technical Product Manager as well as an adjunct professor at Temple University teaching intro to Product Management for its masters students. With over 9 years of product and engineering experience, Ayo’s career has served as a blueprint for how to successfully pivot into the product world. He has also helped individuals from various backgrounds break into tech at companies including Google, Twitter, Microsoft and Facebook though his DC based organization (Techsgiving.org) which has a community of over 30K professionals globally.

Padmini Nidumolu is a seasoned professional serving as the Director in Chief Data Office at Fannie Mae and the Co-Founder of Lean In Agile. With a rich background in Enterprise Agile Transformation, Padmini is not just a speaker and trainer but a TEDx speaker sharing her insights on inspiring subjects. As a collaborative and passionate coach in Enterprise Lean transformation, Padmini is a lifelong learner giving back to the Lean-Agile community. A key initiative co-created by Padmini is "Lean In Agile" for Women, aiming to amplify the voices of women and celebrate the journeys of thought leaders. Padmini wears many hats as a mentor, trainer, and speaker.

Jeffrey Gyan is a highly accomplished agile project manager and strategic consulting professional. Jeffrey extends his expertise to project and product management, business operational excellence, and philanthropy. He facilitates strategy development, structure implementation and the improving of processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Hailing from Ghana by way of Newark, New Jersey, Jeffrey pursued his academic journey at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, earning an undergraduate degree in Public Health and subsequently attaining a master’s degree in public administration, specializing in Budgeting and Financial Management. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Jeffrey boasts a robust foundation of knowledge. His extensive experience spans various industries, including healthcare, technology, and finance. With over a decade of formal project management experience, Jeffrey has showcased his proficiency in leading innovative initiatives within large-scale operational settings, significantly contributing to organizational advancement. Jeffrey’s career spans with organizations such as Pfizer, Athena Health, MedStar Health, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and more!

My personal vision of excellence can be described in the words of Chinese philosopher, Lao Tzu --  “A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled they will say: WE did it ourselves.” I am a servant-leader, that shares conflict resolution tactics, unique facilitation methods, active listening skills among a slew of other tools to get teams and organizations to inspect and adapt quickly.   My style of coaching empowers autonomous teams to adopt the agile mindset and ensure effective outcomes for their customers. My years of experience in Client Services, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, as a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, Manager of Scrum Masters and an Agile Coach gives me the insight to take on various roles within any organization.

Ordonna has worked in Project/Program Management for over 15 years. She has spent 10 years in Technology. Today Ordonna is the Program Director at American Express. She has had the opportunity to drive optimization on the Revenue Experience team at Twitter. She was also the Program Director for Wunderman Thompson over the Volkswagen account.  Ordonna is an adjunct professor for the Project Management graduate program at Metropolitan College of New York and a PMP Instructor for the PMP preparation program with Mindsparq. She is also a coach for WomenofPM. Ordonna enjoys learning about project management and driving agile delivery. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) through the Project Management Institute, and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through Scrum Alliance.
